Two-Stage Snowblower Service
FOR A 2-STAGE SNOWBLOWER, WE WILL CHECK OVER THE UNIT AND PERFORM THE FOLLOWING WORK:
CHECK THE OPERATION OF THE KILL SWITCH AND CLEAN CONTACTS. INSPECT THE RECOIL AND RECOIL ROPE. CHANGE ENGINE OIL. REPLACE THE SPARK PLUG. REMOVE THE CARB BOWL AND CLEAN THE CARBURETOR. DRAIN FUEL AND CLEAN OUT THE FUEL SYSTEM. CHECK OVER THE FUEL LINES AND CLAMPS. ADDED FRESH FUEL WITH STABILIZER. CHECK OVER OPERATION OF ELECTRIC START. LUBED THROTTLE AND CHOKE. DROPPED THE LOWER PAN AND CHECKED OVER THE DRIVE SYSTEM. INSPECT THE FRICTION DISC AND DRIVE COMPONENTS. GREASE THE DRIVE SYSTEM. SET TIRE PRESSURES TO THE CORRECT LEVEL. CHECK OVER THE BELTS AND PULLEYS. ADJUSTED AUGER BELT(S) AND CABLE. ADJUST THE DRIVE BELT AND CABLE. LUBRICATE THE AUGER CABLES, DRIVE CABLES, AND LINKAGES. ADJUST THE DEFLECTOR CHUTE. REMOVE THE SHEAR BOLTS AND GREASE THE AUGER, REPLACED SHEAR PINS IF NECESSARY. INSPECT THE AUGER AND IMPELLER BEARINGS. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN THE GEAR CASE. CHECK OVER THE SKIDS AND ADJUST IF NECESSARY. WE WILL THEN TEST RUN THE UNIT AND CHECK THE FUNCTION OF ALL CONTROLS.
